Puppies at 2 Weeks Old
The puppies are now 2 weeks old and a few of them now sport nicknames; after all, would you want to be referred to as “puppy 1?”
Puppy 1 unfortunately has no nickname – at least for now. This really and truly makes him a poor son-of-a-bitch!
Puppy 2, now named “Ziggy” or “Zig Zag” due to the zig zag red pattern on his back right collar.
Puppy 3 is also without a nickname.
Puppy 4, now named “Keyster” due to the white keyhole mark on the red part of his collar.
Puppy 5, now named “Boxer” due to the red and white coloration on his muzzle that makes him look like a boxer.
The puppies are feeding extremely well since Gracie’s nipples are nowhere as swollen as Keke’s used to be. The puppies are fat and content, and spend most of their time snoring away!
An interesting thing is that Boxer has discovered solid food and has been eating some of Gracie’s moistened kibbles. When she saw Boxer eating the kibbles Lorraine immediately got a small bowl of cottage cheese for him to try. As you can see he happily scarffed down this delicacy. The next morning Ziggy joined Boxer as they enjoyed their new found food.
We will have more this coming weekend…stay tuned!
